Recently, the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau issued a notice to ban the "China Low altitude Economic Alliance".
The "China Low altitude Economic Alliance" conducted activities in the name of a social organization without registration, violating the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the "Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Social Organizations". In accordance with Article 32 of the "Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Social Organizations" and the "Measures for the Suppression of Illegal Social Organizations", our bureau lawfully banned the "China Low altitude Economic Alliance" on August 22, 2025 (decision number: Jingmin Zhi Chu [2025] No. 13).
Public information shows that the China Low Altitude Economy Alliance is mainly initiated and established by leading upstream and downstream enterprises such as Shide Technology, Volant, Yihang Intelligence, Fengfei, CCCC Remote Sensing, CETC Diamond Aircraft, Qiaohai Aviation, Aerospace Nanhu, Aerospace Era Feipeng, Jiuzhou Air Traffic Control, Civil Aviation Second Institute, China Youth Travel Service, China Post, etc. Its aim is to develop together, work with low altitude economy cities, create a number of typical application scenarios, formulate relevant industry rules, and build a low altitude economy industry ecosystem.
