On June 20th, the Ministry of Natural Resources held a media symposium on "doing practical things to solve problems at the grassroots level". The reporter learned from the meeting that in 2025, the Ministry of Natural Resources will adjust and optimize its workflow, no longer concentrate on issuing suspected change patterns, and fully rely on grassroots forces to conduct investigations based on facts.
In previous land survey work, the country organized satellite remote sensing monitoring at the end of each year to extract suspected change patterns and distribute them to local areas for on-site investigation and evidence collection. Local authorities have reported a large number of concentrated distribution of images, with tight deadlines and heavy tasks.
Wang Huabin, Director of the Investigation and Monitoring Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources, stated that this year, suspected change patterns will no longer be issued in a centralized manner. We will support local governments to carry out investigations on a daily basis, deal with changes in land types through daily channel changes, ease the pressure of centralized investigation at the end of the year, and strengthen "post supervision" to ensure the authenticity and reliability of results.
Emphasis should be placed on reflecting the true situation at the time of investigation truthfully in the investigation work, and resolutely preventing behaviors such as disregarding objective circumstances, making sudden rectifications that affect the authenticity of investigation results, and even harming the interests of farmers. ”Wang Huabin said.
In addition, in response to the strong feedback from local and grassroots authorities regarding the issue of "simplified and one size fits all" enforcement of medical records. Wang Huabin stated that the Ministry of Natural Resources will leverage the advantages of geospatial surveying and mapping technology to establish a national remote sensing image sharing and application mechanism for natural resources systems. By coordinating remote sensing image acquisition and strengthening production planning collaboration, we can avoid duplicate processing.
At the same time, we will increase the supply of high-precision remote sensing images, accelerate the frequency of data updates, and use platforms such as "Tianmu" to provide services to the entire system and society, helping grassroots to carry out self-examination and self correction on a regular basis, reducing the layered issuance of "satellite images", achieving "early detection and early prevention" of illegal and irregular behaviors, and effectively improving the efficiency of grassroots natural resource management.
