The netizen claimed that DeepSeek produced a non-existent research result and fabricated research teams, details, and commercialization progress. After failing to verify with the research institute, this netizen chose to provide feedback on the error to DeepSeek. Subsequently, the DeepSeek model corrected and apologized in its response, stating that "the erroneous information will be immediately stopped" and proposing to compensate the netizen with 3000 yuan.
It is reported that on June 23rd, the netizen responded that they did not receive 3000 RMB. It stated that the data previously output by DeepSeek almost caused economic losses to itself, "fortunately I discovered it early, and users should be more rational in their use of AI," and suggested that the compensation measures provided by the DeepSeek model may be another piece of incorrect information.
