Li Xuan pointed out that in terms of operational data, Xiaoma Zhixing's claim that "Wenyuan Zhixing only has one region in Beijing" is a blatant deception and misleading to investors. The Wenyuan Zhixing APP has publicly provided pure unmanned Robotaxi services in Beijing and Guangzhou. Wenyuan Zhixing has a fleet of 700+robotaxis vehicles, over 2200 days of public operation records, and commercial robotaxis operations in Beijing, Guangzhou, the Middle East, and other places, which can be clearly seen in the prospectus. The accusation of 'completed odd number 0' is a fabrication without factual basis.
Li Xuan also questioned the technical strength of Xiaoma Zhixing, stating that its "end-to-end" mass production application has been confirmed by Bosch and Chery. On the premise of a scale-free L2+project, "Xiaoma" claims that Wenyuan only has a two-stage approach, while Xiaoma achieves L4 in a completely end-to-end manner. This move may become a laughing stock in the technology industry.
In addition, Li Xuan also mentioned the global layout of Wenyuan Zhixing, stating that it operates in 30 cities in 11 countries and has obtained licenses in 7 countries, of which 5 countries can conduct pure unmanned activities, which is the industry consensus.
Li Xuan emphasized that Xiaoma's behavior has exceeded the normal scope of competition. Xiaoma made many one-sided and deliberately derogatory statements about Wen Yuan in the roadshow and materials.
