On October 27th, the People's Government of Hunan Province issued the Implementation Plan for Implementing the State Council's "Artificial Intelligence+" Action in Hunan Province. In order to thoroughly implement the important discourse and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on artificial intelligence, implement the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the implementation of the "Artificial Intelligence+" action, and the relevant requirements of the State Council's "Opinions on Deepening the Implementation of the" Artificial Intelligence+"Action" (Guofa [2025] No. 11), combined with the full effort to build the "Three Highlands" and the "4 × 4" modern industrial system layout of the province, as well as the future development direction of the economy and society, this implementation plan is formulated.

This implementation plan shall come into effect from the date of publication and shall be valid for 5 years.
