AutoCC 2025 | Liu Yuzhang: Large models are becoming the core driving force of autonomous driving, and navigation intelligent agents are gradually leading the new generation of interaction and experience

Taibo Network 28 Aug 2025 18:54

On the afternoon of August 28th, the AutoCC 2025 Intelligent Driving Navigation Ecological Innovation Summit was held in Shanghai. In his speech, Liu Yuzhang, founder and chairman of Taibo Network, pointed out the three major trends of global intelligent driving transformation, namely that large models are becoming the core driving force of autonomous driving, navigation intelligent agents are gradually leading the new generation of interaction and experience, and intelligent connected vehicles have gone from "market opportunities" to "ecological expeditions" when going global.

To elaborate on:

Firstly, large models are becoming the core driving force for autonomous driving. The autonomous driving big model not only iterates rapidly at the perception and decision-making levels, but also drives the transition from "scenario based solutions" to "generalized intelligent agents". In the future, whoever can build a more powerful driving model first will be able to occupy the high ground in the global competition of autonomous driving.

Secondly, navigation intelligent agents are leading a new generation of interaction and experience. From a single path planning tool to an intelligent agent with perception, reasoning, dialogue, and collaboration capabilities, navigation is becoming a smart hub between humans and vehicles, and between vehicles and the environment. It will no longer be a passive tool for receiving instructions, but an "intelligent partner" that can actively think, predict user needs, and schedule resources inside and outside the vehicle. This not only reshapes the travel experience, but also opens up new service spaces and business models for car companies and ecological partners.

Thirdly, the overseas expansion of intelligent connected vehicles has shifted from a "market opportunity" to an "ecological expedition".

Whether in Southeast Asia, Latin America, Europe, or the Middle East, China's intelligent connected vehicles and industrial chain enterprises are rapidly expanding their presence. China's advantages in new energy vehicles and intelligent technology are being transformed into core competitiveness in the global market. However, simple product exports are no longer sufficient to cope with the complex international market environment and diverse user demands. Building a localized content service ecosystem, establishing a data compliance system that complies with local regulations, and constructing intelligent connected services that match local infrastructure will be the key to Chinese car companies successfully going global. This is a comprehensive 'ecological expedition' from technology, products to brand, service, and culture.

The following is the content of the speech:

Dear guests, partners, and friends of Taibo Network:

Good afternoon everyone!

I am very pleased to gather with you all in Shanghai to welcome the 4th AutoCC and Intelligent Driving Navigation Ecological Innovation Summit. On behalf of Taibo Network and Taibo Think Tank, I would like to warmly welcome everyone's visit and express my sincere gratitude for the support provided by Jiading District, Shanghai!

AutoCC has reached its fourth edition and has become an important platform for innovation and exchange in the fields of automotive and intelligent driving. Looking back at the first three summits, we have witnessed the gradual evolution from "exploration of autonomous driving technology" to "high-precision mapping and data compliance", and then to "intelligent networking and industry going global". Every year, AutoCC closely follows the pulse of industry development, focusing on technological breakthroughs and industrial landing.

At last year's conference, Taibo Network officially released the "Cloud Sail Overseas Cooperation Partner Plan" in collaboration with industry partners. This plan aims to integrate industrial ecological resources to better enter the global market. After a year of practice, we are delighted to see that more and more overseas partners are not only exporting products, but also exporting technology, standards, and ecological models. This also confirms the foresight and industrial value of our initiative.

Currently, global intelligent driving is undergoing a paradigm shift. Based on the global monitoring data from Taibo Network, I would like to share three core viewpoints:

Firstly, large models are becoming the core driving force for autonomous driving.

The autonomous driving big model not only iterates rapidly at the perception and decision-making levels, but also drives the transition from "scenario based solutions" to "generalized intelligent agents". In the future, whoever can build a more powerful driving model first will be able to occupy the high ground in the global competition of autonomous driving.

At the same time, subscription services based on large models will also give rise to more diversified and personalized business models, and the value of software defined cars will be highlighted unprecedentedly.

Dear guests, the development of AutoCC cannot be separated from the support and trust of industry colleagues. From research institutions to vehicle companies, from supply chain partners to ecological forces, it is everyone's joint participation that makes this platform more valuable and influential year by year. In the future, Taibo Network and Taibo Think Tank will continue to uphold the mission of "insight, connection, and acceleration", hoping to explore diverse cooperation opportunities with industry partners from data services, marketing services to industrial ecosystem services, and go further together with everyone.
